In this video, Professor Kim Dora, BHF Senior Basic Science Research Fellow at the Vascular Pharmacology Research Group, University of Oxford, describes her work on microcirculation, using confocal imaging to analyze blood vessels and tissues such as myocardiocytes. In this interview, she explains some of the key functionalities that allow her to attain fast, high resolution images, at multiple wavelengths.
