I serve as both the purchaser for our company and a daily user of the printer in my role as bench manager, and I can honestly say this printer has been an absolute joy to work with. Its performance has exceeded expectations, and using it day‑to‑day has been nothing short of delightful. Customer service has been outstanding—responsive, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. I highly encourage securing a service contract to preserve that exceptional level of support; it truly makes a difference. We haven’t yet integrated the printer with our LIS, but StatLab has assured us the process will be smooth and straightforward, and I’m genuinely excited to see that come to life. The PiSmart cassette printer has been a great addition to our lab. We added our first for a very specific need in our morgue, but quickly planned to add more to our main gross room due to the quality of the print, readability, and ease of use.
