We got our Fluostar Omega in 2010. It has been in frequent regular use since then and was moved between three institutions. It never failed us. Last year we got it serviced for the first time because it made a rattling noise. Customer service was perfect. It is running smoothly again and I have hopes that it will survive beyond my retirement.

We purchased this system more than 10 years ago and all its functions are regularly used. We never experienced any issue with this machine. We only did the regular maintenance and it never failed us so far. Although it is frequently used by inexperienced users (students internships) and people from other labs for single measurements. It is very user-friendly, easy to personalize for each user and always achieves excellent measurement if correctly used. The precision of this machine taught many students to put more effort in the precision of their cell culture pipetting.

The machine is so easy to use. The software is easy to learn and I appreciate being able to put MARS on my own laptop and manage my runs. Sylvia was amazing doing the set up and initial tutorials and always helpful for troubleshooting.
