It is a well-built and precise pipette calibration system that performs reliably and as expected from a high-end analytical instrument. The system is easy to operate, the measurements are stable, and the overall build quality reflects the engineering standards. For laboratories that require formal pipette verification and documentation, it provides a clean and efficient workflow. That said, its practical value depends heavily on how frequently a lab needs to calibrate very small volumes. In many routine biological workflows, such extremely low volumes are rarely used with the expectation of strict gravimetric accuracy, so the instrument may be under-utilized in typical settings. Because of that, while the system itself works very well, the cost may be difficult to justify unless a lab specifically needs high-precision pipette calibration capabilities on a regular basis.
