"When the pump is working, it works as perfectly fine as intended; however, the key word is WHEN. Within the first year of owning our pump it broke down a minimum of three times. I don't know if we received pump from a single bad lot, or if all of their pumps are so fragile, but it's not easy to fix and take the HPLC offline for at least a week or two which is not good in a service lab."
