• Filters and ink are nontoxic, free of bacterial growth inhibiting or stimulating substances
• White with green grid and sterile
• Membranes wet uniformly within 15 seconds with no dry spots when floated on reagent grade water
• Filter diameter is 47mm; mean pore diameter is 0.45 μm
• Membrane flow is 55 ml/min/cm² at 25°C, differential pressure of 93kPa
• pH of filtrate: ≤7.5
• Recovery using Escherichia coli met or exceeded 90% in comparison to a pour plate
