"We have found the BioSpa8 to seemlessly integrate within our BioTek suite of instruments comprised of a plate washer/dispenser (EL406) and an imager (Cytation 3). We generally use the BioSpa8 for 7-day protocols and find that it maintains heat and CO2 extremely well. In fact, it consumes very little CO2. The robotic arm that captures plates and places them within the Cytation 3 works extremely well and has enabled us to conduct both short (1 day) and longer-term (7days), multi-plate assays."
