Agilent Bio-Monolith Protein A LC columns are designed for analytical separation of most of  IgG subclasses (human and mouse). It delivers fast and accurate quantitation of mAb titer and purification of small amounts of mAb for further characterization. These monolithic column enables extremely fast separations to speed up method development time and decrease costs. They are compatible with HPLC and UHPLC systems.
