"Very user-friendly system that requires little intervention in terms of maintenance, analysis time per sample helps to increase throughput and turnaround time. From a user that has used the AA Spectra previously, this simplifies the whole process, semi-automated system, less intrusive, and very robust instrument. Ability to reproduce results with low RSD%, good accuracy, and precision. Feedback from Biomedical scientists that I have trained on the instrument, generally they felt like the instrument looks complicated from afar but following training, they feel it is very easy to use and the software is easy to use. In addition, the video tutorials for maintenance are very helpful and useful. Overall it is a very reliable instrument suitable for a fast working environment with zero unplanned instrument downtime. Great instrument! I have recommended this instrument to other labs."

"The MassHunter software takes some time to learn because there are so many options available. Service has been good but because the service engineers aren't local, we sometimes have to wait a day or two to get them here. After some early issues with method setup, we are now seeing excellent stability on our internal standards and very accurate results."

"Service through Agilent has been well known to be great, as long as you have a service contract. Priority is given to those with full service contacts, while service calls with PO take longer to respond. I have personally experienced great customer service from field representatives and phone support. Features:
- Standard operating procedures and fully developed methods for regulated and routine methods save you weeks of method development and documentation time.
- Ultra High Matrix Introduction (UHMI) reduces sample preparation time by allowing you to directly analyze samples containing up to 25% total dissolved solids without dilution.
- Helium collision cell and half-mass correction remove troublesome polyatomic and doubly-charged interferences that can reduce data quality and increase the need for costly sample remeasurements.
- Measure high matrix samples without having to matrix-match calibration standards. Hydrochloric acid can also be added to stabilize important elements including Hg, Ag, Mo without introducing new interferences.
- Identify unusual sample matrices using IntelliQuant and get a complete elemental profile of each sample. A range of displays, including Periodic table heat map allow you to easily identify abnormal levels of major or unexpected elements.
