Update: New unit provided and it works really well.

UPDATE: Customer service improved and new decapping head unit works well. Eventually we were provided with a loaner unit that has new model head that performs much more consistently than the previous model. Happy with the new head.

Inconsistent. Not worth the money.

Results are inconsistent. Sometimes it perfectly decaps and recaps. Other times, it has broken and mangled tubes. Recently it has lifted the whole rack up because it didn't fully unscrew one cap. The rack was wedged in the machine and it almost spilled all the tubes had I not been watching to stop it and forcibly remove the rack. No loaner unit for PMs, and poor customer service. Looking for better options.
