Industry News: Sysmex Europe and Inpeco launch the next gamechanger in urinalysis

The collaboration between Sysmex Europe and Inpeco takes advantage of Sysmex's UN-Series urinalysis solutions and Inpeco’s FlexLab TM track, together making the next step towards a fully automated urinalysis workflow solution of the highest level.

The unique part of this solution is that it is the first bi-directional system that transports racks between the Sysmex UN-Series urinalysis analyzers and Inpeco’s TLA system. With this connection,  Sysmex Europe’s automation capabilities are leveraged for the urinalysis workflow and offer more flexibility than ever before. The interface is available for the core lab and microbiology lab and provides customers with the flexibility to set up the workflow according to their needs. 

Similar to the UN-Series, Inpeco’s FlexLabTM Total Laboratory Automation system grows with the changing needs of the customer. Adding modules or new analyzer connections is easy by design, making it a future-proof investment. Moreover, FlexLabTM is the only truly open automation system, allowing laboratories to connect the analyzers of their choice and the specialties they need to optimally support their workflows and drive premium quality patient care.

This isn’t the first collaboration between Sysmex Europe and Inpeco. Connections for their hematology and hemostasis analyzers have been on the market for quite some time, with their first solution collaboration dating back to 2010.
