Application Note: Protein-Protein Interactions Investigated by DLS

This article describes highlights from a study in which dynamic light scattering (DLS) is used to measure protein-protein interaction (PPI) determinants. Biomolecule formulation and delivery is influenced by solution viscosity and by PPI. In addition the relation between PPI and solution viscosity at high protein concentration using three mAbs is also explored.
