Application Note: HP D300 Digital Dispenser Creates a Dose Response Curve for Cell-Based and Biochemical Assay

For many years, small molecule drug discovery has relied on the evaluation of one compound against another compound. This was based on a dose response curve to give a 50 percent value. Today there is an alternative solution which removes the short falls of serial dilution. This application note compares the results of the HP D300 to a traditional manual serial dilution dose response curve set up in two different assays.
