In oncology, antibody-drug conjugates are particularly promising in the development of various next generation therapeutics, since they synergistically combine a specific monoclonal antibody linked to a biologically active cytotoxic drug. This study presents the use of micro pillar array columns (µPAC™) for characterizing antibody-drug-conjugates.
