Scientific Poster: Automated Normalization and Pooling of DNA with the Labcyte Echo® Liquid Handler to Enable Next Generation Sequencing

This study demonstrates the ability of the Echo liquid handler to normalize and pool the DNA in a single step. This, coupled with the power and flexibility of the Labcyte Echo® applications software, provides a scalable, robust, high throughput solution for an important upstream step in the NGS library production process.
