Application Note: Applications for High-End mRNA Sequencing

RNA sequencing is becoming more and more cost effective and has a much higher accuracy compared to microarrays. This application note describes how RNA sequencing is a sensitive and specific method for analysing gene expression levels and can also identify single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and splice variants within the transcriptome.
