Application Note: Screening Ex Vivo Conditions that Increase Memory T Cell Frequency

In this application note, Sartorius illustrates how the Intellicyt® iQue Screener PLUS VBR high-throughput flow cytometer and the integrated ForeCyt® software package can be used together as a powerful method for optimizing cell manufacturing protocols. These tools can be easily applied to the profiling of biologics and drugs where the monitoring of T cell memory subsets is required.
