Scientific Poster: Real-Time Collisional Energy Optimization for Confident Identification of Unknowns

Different classes of compounds have radically different optimal fragmentation conditions. Therefore, a fixed collision energy does not generate the most information-rich spectra for all compounds. This poster describes a workflow for real-time collision energy optimization on the Orbitrap Fusion platform, to avoid the need for sample reinjection.
