Mobile phase composition is important when developing methods for characterization of OGNs. In this application note, we investigate the use of two mobile phase compositions - TEA HFIP and DIEA HFIP - with Clarity Oligo-XT, a novel core-shell material optimized for synthetic oligonucleotide applications.
