Application Note: New Way to Monitor Virus-Mediated Cytopathogenicity

One of the most important procedures in virology is the measurement of viral cytopathic effects (CPE). More recent studies have shown that the xCELLigence^® cell analyzer can offer label-free, fast and easy real-time measurements of CPE, indicating a superior performance to the traditional methods. This application note illustrates a methodology of CPE assay using the xCELLigence^® RTCA system.
