Application Note: Integration of Steroids Analysis in Serum Using LC-MS/MS with Full-Automated Sample Preparation

Current sample preparation for steroid analysis by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) is complex and time consuming. This application note describes an automated sample preparation system, coupled to LC-MS/MS. The results show that the system enables large sample set analyses with improved accuracy and precision.
