Conjugation to horseradish peroxidase (HRP) simplifies Western blot or ELISA analysis as incubation with secondary antibodies becomes dispensable. After incubation the Anti-GFP-HRP antibody can be directly detected using commercially available chemiluminescent reagents. | The monoclonal Anti-GFP antibody specifically reconizes wild-type GFP from Aequorea victoria and derivatives, e.g., EGFP, CFP, YFP, and BFP.
