Measurement of mitotic time is important to numerous fields of cell biology and has uses in the development of anti-mitotic cancer drugs. This video shows how Livecyte can be used to automatically detect miotic cells, avoiding the user bias associated with manual analyses. The Livecyte can also be used to effectively compare miotic time between multiple wells.
