X-ray
X-ray spectroscopy is an analytical technique used to determine the elemental composition and structure of analytes. There are a number of types of x-ray spectrometers including diffraction based (XRD) and x-ray fluorescence (XRF) spectrometers such as energy (EDXRF) or wavelength dispersive (WDXRF).
