Using Stem Cell-Derived Neurons in High Content Screening Assays for Drug Toxicity
27 Jun 2012

During this webinar, we will demonstrate the utility of several toxicity screening assays using iCell Neurons with the Molecular Devices ImageXpress® Micro High Content Imaging System. Experiments were run in 96 or 384 well plates to evaluate cell death, apoptosis, mitochondrial membrane damage, and impact on development of neuronal outgrowths over time.
