Overcoming the Challenges of Sample Preparation and LC/MS/MS Method Development for Clinical Applications
21 May 2013

Many different biological matrices are processed in the clinical industry, each of which poses unique challenges for sample cleanup and analysis. In addition to complicated matrices, analytes are often analyzed at low levels, which plays a role in the selection of a sample preparation technique. The separation and selectivity provided by LC/MS/MS can help to overcome many of these challenges, however effective sample cleanup is still important.

This webinar will review method development and optimization with a special focus on sample preparation techniques, such as solid phase extraction (SPE), protein precipitation (PPT), and phospholipid removal.
