Live cell imaging to investigate the regulation of cell division timing
14 Nov 2012

A video microscopy method utilizing ImageXpress® Micro XL High Content Screening System was devised to enable high resolution imaging of cell division with high statistical analysis capacities. Combined with lab-made microfabricated substrates, the role of the cell's micro-environment on the regulation of cell division timing was investigated. Results focusing on the last step of cytokinesis, in particular how low spatial confinement of daughter cells delays their final separation, will be presented in this webinar.
