Improve Efficiency of Variant Screening for Biological Drugs
02 May 2013

In order to control the manufacturing of biological drugs efficiently, it is necessary to understand their physicochemical properties in the early stages and identify the important quality attributes. The need for screening multiple variants early in the process leads to an increased workload.

High resolution mass spectrometry is a useful tool to assess important attributes of those variants such as intact mass, termini sequences and glycosylation profile.

Software is available to automate these analyses and subsequent data processing thereby reducing the workload and increasing confidence in the results by minimizing manual steps.

Attend this webinar to discover:
•Methods to automate the analysis of intact and subunit level of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies
•Tools for rapid N- and C- terminal sequencing of biologic drugs
•Automated glycoprofiling and glycan analysis at the glycopeptide level
