in vivo Optical Imaging Probe Developments
21 Jul 2011

Background signal inherent in targeted probes is significantly reduced by enzyme activation of a quenched fluorescent reporter or chemiluminescent energy transfer to an appropriate nanoparticle acceptor. The formulation of such reagents in a ready-to-use format on the IVIS platform greatly simplifies experimentation with robust and reproducible results in diverse disease models.
