"As far as I remember, the machine has a xenon flash lamp and not lasers. The disposable cuvettes can have 50 microliters volume. One more thing that I would like to mention is that while measuring the protein concentraiton using say Bradford method, standard curve is made by the machine and the sample concentration is directly reported in terms of mg/ml etc."

"I have been using this system for the past 5 years and have found it very easy to use. I did find the after-sale service to be a little disappointing, but as my system hardly required any, this was not a major issue. The machine itself does not require much space, the pumps are stable and the software is extremely easy to understand and use."
