The enzyme is very stable and can easily amplify long templates - I have used it for amplifying ~ 10 kb plasmid with GC rich sequence. It is also faster than most other DNA polymerases having a speed of nearly 1kb/30 sec. In addition, the enzyme also comes with optimized buffer. However on the downside, it is expensive."
