    XBridge® HPLC Columns
    "The XBridge Amide column is prepared by high end capped silica particles, and it reduces or excludes our cation-exchange interaction when we use it in HILIC mode. HILIC phases are understood as mixed-mode phases, and the retention mechanism is difficult to understand due to its complex nature. In the case of XBridge Amide column, only hydrophilic partition mechanism seems to be important, and it is much easier to understand retention mechanism compared to another non-endo-capped stationary phases. In the case of a column, we do not need any after sales service, but we could find out the separation characteristics via the information from the company. The column is valuable in HILIC separation. It seems to be stable though the degree of hydrophilic nature and is somewhat lower than conventional amide bonded stationary phases. As mentioned above, this stationary phase is valuable to consider."
