"Easy to use interface/software, however there are problems with the pump losing connection with the computer. So far the column has been replaced 2-3 times in the past year as well as the guard column being replaced due to poor performance after clogging from samples. It would have been nice to have known this before purchase. The software doesn't have an easy to stop/add/change method process that doesn't crash the software and take 20-30mins to resolve."
