"This instrument works best when running individual samples and not sample after sample. In my opinion the autosampler is a pain to use, the preparation required to set the pump is not worth the time. The reproducibility of one run to another can vary by as much as 0.3%, which can lead to variance on each product you are running. The same lot can give different results tomorrow."
