"We use this system in our core facility. As the unit is located centrally, it is used on a daily basis by multiple laboratories. The unit was purchased in 2011. The Representative came out to install, review, and demonstrate the capability of the unit. Since its installation, we have not had any complications or contamination associated with the function of the unit. The scheduled operational maintenance is very easily done. I especially like that the unit shuts off when the filters needs to be changed. This ensures no accidental contamination occurs due to lack of routine unit maintenance! I would recommend this product to others who may be concerned with water quality."
