"We only use the 501C portion for general chemistries, bile acids, phenobarbs, fructosamines and electrolytes. The semi-automated daily maintenance requires about an hour, with weekly maintenance taking about 2 hrs. Their customer/field service is excellent. The instrument is reliable and fairly easy to operate when properly maintained."
