"This is a great piece of equipment to take the stress out of cryopreserving cell banks. It uncaps the vials, fills them and then puts the caps back on - it does what it says on the tin! Although quite costly it's less expensive than other tap products and it's easy to use from the beginning. This product is a real stress reliever and labour saver and it has improved our processes."
