"This is the best kit I have found for doing quick, high yield RNA extractions from cells and tissue. The quality of the overall RNA (A260/280 ratio) is usually close to or at 2.0. Most of all I love that I can take a small amount of cells / starting material and get a great RNA yield. The customer service has been outstanding from MN and have supported me through troubleshooting as well as provided me with a new kit free of charge when I had a problems previously. I will continue to do business with MN for all my plasmid, protein and RNA extraction needs!!"
