MicroScale Thermophoresis (MST) technology is a unique method to study binding affinities in an easy, fast and precise way. Four Monolith Series instruments were introduced since 2010.

Seismos: The In-Depth Explorer

The recently acquired Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) technology measures binding kinetics, and is sensitive to both mass and conformational changes

Prometheus: The Stability Expert

In 2015, a novel product line represented by the Prometheus NT.48 instrument was launched offering nanoDSF technology. This is the method of choice for measuring ultra-high-resolution protein stability in native conditions using intrinsic tryptophan and tyrosine fluorescence.
