Raman spectroscopy is an analytical technique which relies on raman scattering of monochromatic light to determine the molecular composition of a sample. Types of Raman technique commonly used include surface enhanced Raman, FT-Raman and resonance Raman. When using Raman spectroscopy systems consider laser wavelength, microscopes, software and spectral resolution.
