"We have been using the Zoom Microplate Washer for 5 or 6 years and we are using it with near high throughput cell culture assays. That means, the system is stable when working with a lot of plates and there are only little problems when the Zoom-Washer wasn’t in use for a while but the dirt is easily removed. The general maintenance is easy, too."

"We have Biotek and Zoom washers working side-by-side in our lab. Biotek washers are definitely nicer to work with. The Zoom washers tend to require more maintenance, and more calibration from time to time. Precision-wise, we don't use Zoom washers for adherent cell wash because the wash was not the same for all wells in a 384 well plate. However, the Zoom washer is great for back up and regular ELISA protocols. Definitely worth the money."
