"Great instrument. Very good software, it seems to apply a high standard of data integrity, which is needed in pharmaceutical industry. Possibility to control relative humidity is very useful to investigate different hydrate forms. Temperature control enable the user to see how the structure change upon heating the powder, which is useful tool in the case of solvates/hydrates (e.g. understanding a TGA measurement, stability of a form...) Transmission mode allow to test even a little bit wet the sample, which helps capturing solvate forms and understanding the crystallisation better."
