"The analyzer, for such a complex system, is easy to use and data processing via the Unifi software is relatively fast and easy. Analyzer maintenance for the user is simple and quick, with the after-sales service is one of the best I’ve experienced. Libraries are kept up to date (particularly important in the toxicology market)."
