Scalability is the name of the game especially with the amout of gDNA.
Application Area: Extraction of gDNA from pretty much any tissue
"This is your basic biological buffers that you need to extract your gDNA. What I really like about this is the scalability, that is something that you don't get with any other purification kits. Ease use is just normal, you precipitate them out in isopropanal and clean it up. The annoying part is the rehydration step, which I feel could also be shortened. All in all it works well."
