Our workhorse
Application Area: Hypoxic incubation of tumor cells
"We have had a H35 hypoxystation for over 10 years. Some issues over these years (occasional leak, brittle tubes etc) were serviced instantly and perfectly. We also tried other hypoxic incubators, but none compared to the H35. We have therefore just ordered the exact same H35 as a replacement."

Excellent results and easy to use.
Application Area:Cell culture
"The hypoxic station is quite easy to use, and has easy navigation and settings. Oxygen concentration can be easily manipulated, it has better gas valves and prevent leakages. The results are almost 99% accurate and it is also time saving."

Excellent machine and optimal customer care.
Application Area:Analysis of hydroxymethylation in mammary cells
"The equipment is extremely easy to use, and we often provide an induction to new users in our institution, so they can also explore working in an hypoxic environment. The results are consistent and reliable, as all the cell culturing occurs within the workstation; therefore the cells are never subjected to fluctuation in (higher) oxygen levels. The customer care is excellent: the machine gets regularly serviced, and any replacement parts are either sent to us within few days or installed by the technician. If there are any issues with a protocol, the staff are happy to troubleshoot with us. I can recommend this without any doubt, both for the equipment and the excellent and friendly customer service."

Application Area:Mammalian Cell Culture In Hypoxic Conditions
"We have used the H35 for the past six years and are very satisfied with it. It is a very reliable instrument and we always trust the level of oxygen the cells are exposed to when incubated in the workstation. The after sale service is gold standard, any problems and the engineer is on site the following day."
The H35 Hypoxystation creates hypoxic and anoxic conditions within a controlled and sustained workstation environment. It is ideal for cell and tissue culture researchers wanting to accurately control oxygen, carbon dioxide, temperature and humidity. Applications for this instrument include cancer research, neurology and cardiovascular research, as well as a many other types of cell culture work.
Check out Don Whitley's dedicated Hypoxystation website at http://www.hypoxystation.co.uk . People looking for this product may have searched for cell culture incubator, anaerobic chamber, cell culture Workstation, hypoxic Glovebox.
An ideal solution for Seahorse Analyzer users is to purchase the H35 along with the new Whitley i2 Instrument Workstation. These two workstations can be connected via the Whitley Transfer Tunnel, enabling preparation of cell lines under hypoxic conditions and their transfer directly into the i2 without exposure to air.
