Greiner Bio-One has further enhanced its PCR product portfolio by introducing a range of white tube strips and 96 & 384-well microplates. The range boosts a number of great features which makes them ideally suited for qPCR procedures:
• Greater reflection from white surface enhances signal detection, especially in very low signal situations. • Ultra thin tube walls ensure rapid and efficient thermal transfer and thus maximum yield. • Free from detectable DNase, RNase, DNA and endotoxins.
The white qPCR range includes strips of 8 standard & low profile tubes with either flat or domed optically clear caps. Also within the range of tubes is a 12 tube strip, again with optically clear caps. The 96-well microplate range includes non-skirted, half skirted and full-skirted plates, plus low profile and raised rim options. Along with the 96-well plates, the 384-well plates, are designed to fit a variety of thermocyclers.
