WesternSure ECL Substrate is low-priced, cost-effecitve enhanced chemiluminescent substrate for detection of HRP-labeled secondary antibodies on chemiluminescent Western blots.
WesternSure ECL Substrate enables detection of sub-picogram quantities of antigen and provides comparable sensitivity to SuperSignal® West Dura up to 20 minutes post incubation. The substrate pack consists of Luminol Enhancer Solution and Stable Peroxidase Solution. WesternSure ECL Substrate is available in 20 mL kits, 100 mL kits, 200 mL kits, and 500 mL kits.
WesternSure ECL Substrate allows you to:
- Detect sub-picogram quantities of antigen
- Get sensitivity comparable to SuperSignal® West Dura up to 20 minutes post-incubation
