"The design feels very easy to hold comfortably in the hands. Really appreciate the ease of use of pre-installed or custom-made programs. Dispense volumes are very uniform as well, provided that the tip is properly secured to the pipette. If there is an issue with this, first ensure the tip is properly secured, and if volumes continue to be inconsistent replace rubber o-ring on the pipette. Charge lasts quite a long time as well, and the pipette is very easy to clean. Overall a great purchase that saves time and minimizes repetitive motion, provided the instrument is used properly."
