"The INTEGRA sales person is looking after us very well. Before and after the sale. Very important: the sales person never ever put any pressure on us, to ensure that we bought from them. He always waited to hear from us, before contacting us again. Very respectful. Concerning the VIAFLO pipettes, we needed to change our old Matrix pipettes. Our 'problem' was that we needed new pipettes capable of handling cells within 96 wells plates without scratching the cell monolayer, or at least only at the very corner of the wells. This needed pipet tips with narrow ends. So before asking any pipet on demo, we asked for pipet tips from 6 different companies, including INTEGRA. In the mean time we also looked at the price for tips (which is far more important than the price of the pipettes). We then compared all the pipette tips we obtained. Half of the tips were just too wide at their ends and thus useless. Then we compared the prices of the tips and also studied any information we could obtain (technical information, etc.). We found that the INTEGRA VIAFLO pipettes seemed to fulfill our needs, at least on paper. We then asked for a demo. The VIAFLO pipette was very quickly delivered. We tested it over the course of a week: programing, pipetting, scratching the cells in our 96 well plates. We found that the VIAFLO very nicely did what it needed to do. We did not ask another brand for a demo. We ended up buying four 1250 uL VIAFLO pipettes and one 300 uL VIAFLO pipette. We have been using these pipettes for a couple of months now. We are all very satisfied with them and do not regret buying them at all."

"The VIAFLO 96 Channel pipette is amazing. It not only increases efficiency and productivity, but also removes human error in regards to pipetting incorrect volumes or incorrect sample / solution / solvent. It is fully programmable, I personally run 3 methods on it, a main drug panel with an enzyme, an alcohol panel as well as a mixed panel. I run Solid Phase Extraction as well on all my samples, and this does 90% of the pipetting for me. It comes with 5 different 'Head' sizes for different pipette tips (volumes). I currently only use the 100-300uL and the 50-1250uL. The only time I need assistance from tech support was while doing validation. Other than that the instrument has been 100% reliable, and I've had mine for about 4 years and use it every day."

"This pipette is WONDERFUL. Our sample throughput went up 50% by replacing our regular 8-channel pipette with this 96 well pipette. The system is very easy to use and gives you many pipetting options not available with a regular pipette. Being able to customize my pipetting programs has made for much smoother, faster experiments. "Looked daunting at first but is very easy to use, even for someone who has never worked with INTEGRA products before. Programming works exactly like an INTEGRA electronic pipette, so it's a no-brainer if you've already used those. I use it with a specific 3D spheroid plate, so it has to be very precise for aspirating supernatant without disturbing the tissues, which it does perfectly. It has saved me a lot of pipetting time, I can now exchange media on 5 plates in around 2 minutes, which helps enormously!"
