Quick and easy transfection reagent!
Application Area: Cell culture/In Vitro Studies
"I needed to quickly transfect some HEK293 cells with plasmids containing fluorescent genes specific for zebrafish studies. This transfection reagent was absolutely phenomenal. It only takes a little bit of transfection reagent, alongside the DNA, and it's pipetted into the well with the cells. The transfection for my cell type took about 24 hours before fluorescent cells started to show up, but the ease of use of this product within the transfection protocol made the protocol run very smoothly."

Easy to use.
Application Area:Mitochondrial structure in cells
"I can not say much, but this product is easy to use and I ran into problems during transfection of MEF, but the tech support helped a lot!"

Will use it for most of our transfectional experiments.
Application Area:Cultured cells to check protein expression such as autophagy markers LC3 and p62
"Achived high reproducible results. Easy to use, we don't need to change media for serum free."

Great results
Application Area:Transfection
"End users are always asking for the same products for their experiments and always have great results."
ViaFect™ Transfection Reagent allows high-efficiency transfection of a wide range of cell types, including iPS Cells, without compromising cell viability.
ViaFect™ Transfection Reagent enables the design of biologically relevant assays in workhorse adherent cell models, suspension cells important for studying cell signaling, and even differentiated cell lines derived from stem cells. ViaFect™ Transfection Reagent offers an easy-to-use protocol that provides superior performance with minimal optimization, allowing you to design the right assay in the right cells to model the biology you are studying.
ViaFect Transfection Reagent requires minimal optimization with a simple three-step protocol. It does not require removal of serum, removal of culture medium or washing after introduction of the reagent/DNA complex. ViaFect Transfection Reagent contains no animal-derived components.
